Serving as eternalHealth’s Director of Network and Product Development, Upinder Dhaliwal is an accomplished healthcare industry professional with years of substantive involvement in the payer space. Her experience lies in aligning advanced analytics and KPIs to drive strategic goals and initiatives. In her role at eternalHealth, Upinder oversees both network and product development operations for Massachusetts and beyond.

Before joining the eternalHealth team, Upinder held increasingly responsible roles at Healthfirst, New York’s largest not-for-profit health insurer committed to value-based care. At Healthfirst, Upinder spearheaded key analytic projects to better understand financial volatility and contributed to the design of risk mitigation strategies for both internal and external stakeholders. She also has experience at UnitedHealth Care, where she performed multi-year and multi-million dollar financial impact analyses, working closely with the Network Department and their negotiation efforts. Upinder also serves as the US Program Director for LiberatED, which is a program designed to empower and uplift the youth in underserved communities.

Upinder holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health Administration and Public Policy with a Minor in Information Systems, from the University of Maryland – Baltimore.
