Use your annual dental allowance at any dentist with no procedure restrictions. Coverage includes preventive care, cleanings, fillings, crowns, dentures, and more. No referrals needed – simply present your eternalPlus Benefits Card at your preferred dental office. Track your remaining allowance easily through the member portal.

Access free rides to medical appointments, dental visits, and pharmacies. Book rides up to 30 days in advance or as needed.
